PMF

The People Management Framework was launched by Universities HR in summer 2010.  Developed in conjunction with PricewaterhouseCoopers and in collaboration with the Higher Education Funding Council for England, the PMF is a framework to enable higher education institutions to measure the effectiveness of their people management interventions and activities, against internal and external comparators, and over time, using both common and individually developed measures.

Use of the People Management Framework is free to institutions in full and associate membership of Universities HR, and to institutions in receipt of HEFCE funding, (a fee is payable by other organisations wishing to use it).  To register your institution to use the PMF and be issued with a licensed copy of the software, you will need to complete the online form, available here .
